Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. While we strive to meet delivery estimates, they are not guaranteed and may be impacted by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or weather conditions.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We currently ship within the United States using trusted shipping carriers. Delivery timelines typically range from 3–10 business days after shipment, depending on the shipping method selected.
International Shipping
International shipping availability and rates will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Chanelii Collections is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.
