Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • Be in the original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
